济南入选全国首批
综合运输服务示范城市
Jinan wins national title for transport services
Jinan was recently listed as a national demonstration city for comprehensive transport services, along with 14 others cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing. The demonstration cities will serve as test areas to help solve transportation problems. Development will be carried out in six areas, including the construction of comprehensive passenger transport hubs, transportation information sharing and integrated transport service standards.
近日，济南市和北京、上海、南京等14个城市一起被列为全国综合运输服务示范城市。所谓的综合运输服务示范城市指的是，着力解决综合运输服务问题，重点在综合客运枢纽、运输服务信息共享、综合运输服务标准等6个方面开展示范建设。

Jinan's nucleic acid detection kit awarded CE designation
Jinan-based Shandong ACV Biotechnology declared on March 15 that its new product – the SARS-CoV-2 (ORF1ab/N Gene) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence Qualitative RT-PCR) – has been awarded a CE (French for European Conformity) designation, helping to meet increasing overseas demand amid the surge of COVID-19 cases outside China.
3月15日，位于济南的山东艾克韦生物技术有限公司宣布，其研发的新型冠状病毒2019-nCoV核酸检测试剂盒（荧光PCR法）已获欧盟CE认证，正式具备向欧盟市场供应的条件，可提供更快、更精准的检测支持，助力全球新冠肺炎疫情的防疫。

11 new projects signed in Jinan Area of Shandong FTZ
Eleven new projects are being negotiated following the resumption of work in Licheng district, Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Construction work on major projects is now underway, including on the Institute for Advanced Technology, Shandong University.

济南援助湖北医疗队首批38人返程
38 medics sent to fight epidemic return to Jinan
A total of 38 medics from Jinan, part of Shandong's contribution to fighting the novel coronavirus in Hubei province, returned from Wuhan on March 17. The medics were part of the first group of healthcare workers to have returned from the area. They will be reunited with their families to following a 14-day quarantine period.
3月17日，有38名驰援武汉抗击疫情的济南医护人员凯旋归来。这是首批返回的济南援助湖北医疗队。他们经过14天隔离期后将于家人团聚。
The city has sent a total of 125 medical workers to Hubei since Feb 5 with none of them becoming infected with the virus. In addition, each team member will receive a free air ticket from Shandong Airlines, with which they can use to fly to any destination on the company's route network in 2020.
自2月5日以来，济南共派出125名医护人员，其中无一人感染病毒。山东航空公司为这些医护人员们准备了专属免费机票，拥有这张机票，可以在2020年免费乘坐飞机往返任何一个山航能到达的地方。
